Support of the ho---s in the operational business as well as in the implementation of international and national contracts Maintenance, handling and checking of the data in the e- Procurement system Birch Street Maintenance and Confidentialiew of the data in the contract management program Ariba, Salesforce and Customer Portal Creation of Confidentialorts and statistics Processing of the Confidentialmbursement and advertising subsidies Market observation and analysis of trend developments Preparation and support of national and Confidentialional tender documents as well as evaluation of the suppliers offers Obtaining offers independently and carrying out price comparisons and the subsequent negotiation Preparation of contracts taking into account the legal Confidentialuirements Cross- Departmental collaboration with main contact persons Collaborates and provides project and general admin support to the Supply Management Team, including filing, maintenance of forms and documentation General administrative activities Direct Confidentialorting to the N ational Procurement Manager The position is ideal for someone who:
